Shangqiu Normal University is located in Shangqiu of Henan province, which was the origin of merchants, commodities and business and the capital city of Shang Dynasty. The history of our university can be traced back to ‘the Middle School of Gui-de Prefecture’ which was established in 1905. It is an application-oriented full-time undergraduate university with a distinctive characteristic of teachers education, which has been approved as ‘the demonstrative undergraduate university of applied technology in Henan province’, ‘the planning university of industry-education integration for application-oriented undergraduate university of the 13th Five-Year Plan of China’, as well as one of ‘the 100 Universities Project’ of Data China by the Education Ministry.
In recent years, Shangqiu Normal University, in accord with the principle of opening-up and cooperation, mutual benefits and win-win, has been broadening international exchanges and cooperation positively, enriching international exchanges and cooperation connotation constantly, promoting the Sino-foreign cooperative education level gradually, and carrying forward international education progress steadily. 2. Both parties jointly set up curriculums, talents cultivation programs, teaching plan, etc. Shangqiu Normal University provides professional teachers and management. The courses shall be taught in Chinese language, English Language or native language of the students.
3. Cooperative education levels: undergraduates.
4. Cooperative mode: ‘Double-campus’ mode with mutual recognition of credits, such as ‘2+2’, ‘1+2+1’, etc. To award corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates to the students who have met the graduation requirements.
